Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MASHDROP, an online marketplace connecting advertisers with independent publishers offering sponsored placements on digital properties they control.

Marketplace role

MASHDROP facilitates discovery, negotiation, agreement formation, payment evidence, fulfillment verification, and marketplace reputation. Publishers remain independent and retain editorial control.

Payments

The Advertiser pays the Publisher the full agreed placement price directly through the Publisher's connected payment account. The Advertiser separately pays MASHDROP a marketplace/service fee equal to 10% of the agreed placement price. MASHDROP does not hold or escrow Publisher proceeds.

Restricted activity

Participants may not use MASHDROP for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited advertising.
