Refund & Cancellation Policy

MASHDROP Direct Pay creates two separate commercial obligations: the Publisher placement payment and the separate MASHDROP marketplace/service fee.

Publisher placement payment

The placement price is paid directly to the Publisher. Publisher-performance and Publisher-payment remedies are evaluated separately from the MASHDROP service fee.

MASHDROP fee

The separate 10% MASHDROP fee is evaluated according to the marketplace service provided and applicable provider and legal rights.

Partial payment

If one required payment leg succeeds and the other fails or is ambiguous, MASHDROP does not represent the agreement as successfully funded; the transaction enters reconciliation.
